Six Championship Fights Announced

UOC Staff Adds Six Championships Fights to Upcoming UOC 15

UOC 15 proves to be yet another exciting event. After placing all ten championship belts on the line at UOC 14, the UOC staff have now announced that six more will be on the line at UOC 15. The 360 division will have four of those with the PS3 side getting the other two.

With TigerBack recently announcing that he'd be making a comeback in the future, the Heavweight division in the 360 division was left with a Champion and Interim Champion. With his return time in limbo, the Interim Championship will be put on the line with IIxSupermanxII (6-0) of Team Affliction meeting up with up and coming Jackson's MMA heavyweight ZPryde (5-0). In the Light Heavyweight division two Team Conquest members will face off with EzekelRage (5-1) hoping to avenge a previously loss to Waytoospicy (6-0).

Kassidy/Lynch 2 will also take place at UOC 15 for the Welterweight belt. Kassidy (8-4) took a unanimous decision win over DJ Burris to set up his match with Team Gauntlet member Lynch96 (10-2). The last title fight that has been announced is in the Lightweight division. Team Conquest leader TapouT (12-1) will look to defend his title for a third straight time against the Jackson's MMA veteran Widow-Maker187 (9-4).

As previously mentioned, the PS3 side will feature two championship bouts. Dipsetz (9-0) will look to defend his Middleweight belt against his Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy teammate Timaobjj (9-1-1). Timao is coming off an impressive submission victory over ROP7R and hopes to continue the momentum into his fight against the unbeaten Dipsetz. The other belt to be contested will be in the Welterweight division. Kassidy (6-2) is coming into the fight previously knocking out Fiskbenet. The Team Affliction representative will be challenging RMMA leader TheMainEvent (9-3), who recently defended his belt at UOC 14 with a second round submission over DoubleAGallo.

With six championship fights headlining it, UOC 15 is shaping up to be another great card that still has the possibility of even more championship fights! With the UOC Staff hoping to release the offical card by Tuesday and also the Camp Tournament kicking off in the 360 division, this week looks to be an exciting one.

But I am calling shenanigans on the EzekelRage title shot thing. UOC 13: he lost to WTS, UOC: 14 He beats aahola, that is the most unimpressive title shot streak ever. UOC 15: he gets a title shot? He's a good fighter, but 1-1 is deserving of a title shot? In my day we had to put wins together to get title fights, sorry man, it had to be said.

Well, in Lynch's defense. He was already the champion once, and the WW division took a blow in challengers. Also, there is alot of competition at LHW for the #1 contender, and there should of been a few fights.

I see what you're saying but I was putting all of the fights in the same article and putting background info and such on 6 different matches could make it too long imo. Next time I plan on breaking it up into a ps3 and 360 article.
