I am already 5000 km away from my PS3 so this is highly unlikely. I'll be flying back next Sunday and I should be home in the late evening, but I don't think I will be in any condition to fight then, maybe just warm up since I am going to be rusty after a week off.

I'll try to put this fight in next Sunday (Monday the latest), but if the tourney cannot wait this long, I won't hold a grudge.

I will definitely try to fight you Sunday as soon as I get back, but with the time difference, it might already be too late for you. I am coming back around 7pm EST, which is already your midnight. By the time I get my crap together, warm up at least a bit - it will be night time in the UK. This is the best I will be able to do (given that my plane is not delayed, as it was on the way here).

Another option is that you switch with someone from the all-LoA side of the bracket. If Otb or Legends can replace me to fight you, I will gladly take on either one of them when I am back. I know Otb already posted his hype thread, but they might still go for the switch to make sure the tourney keeps moving along.

Like I said in another thread, it is going to be someone from LoA in the finals anyways, we just have to decide how to keep this tourney moving in my absence.

well myself and superman were unable to connect.......so not sure what to do considering he is my UOC 17 opponent and first round opponent in the RTG tourney. I guess this is a recurring issue with him as he is able to connect to his xbox but it's extremely hard for him to connect on the ps3. Hope he figures something out. He is a great addition to the HW division and was excited to be facing him. Hope we can get the HW RTG tourney on track. maybe we should all hold off on facing our opponents in the first round of the RTG tourney. at least till we hear what Jube3 says.

I agree with you man, but looks like WeW and Zebo couldn't wait.

As far as connecting with Superman - I had some issues too, but after resetting my router and my PS3 the connection came through when I invited him. You may want to try that too before giving up on him altogether. Also check (this is for both of you - Kimura and Superman) that universal Plug'N'Play is disabled on your PS3 and the router. For some reason, when I had UPnP enabled, I would lose all connectivity with Ps3 turned on. After I disabled it on both the router and the ps3, I could connect with Superman and with vish_88 (for the first time in months).

If you are able to plug your ps3 straight into the modem, connection issues are usually due to one of you guys having your NAT set to strict. Going straight into the modem should fix it.

fight1: the 1st few secs we just walked around i was waiting for him to make the 1st move but he wouldn't so i said hell why not i shot in for a probing jab he counters it with a hook but didnt follow up, i back up to rethink my strategy and again said hell why not and shot in for another jab and connected with a 3 punch combo followed by a successful takedown attempt he immediately gets rubber guard and takes mount but i immediately get out..... the rest is a back and forth ground struggle round ends in a tie.Round 2 started the way 1 ended except johnny is more assertive in the stand up, round ends with edge to johnny, round 3 is more of a grapplers quest match with me occationaly blocking with my face and being rocked. he shoots in for the kill but i say HELL NO!!! and survive the round johnny wins via 30,27 UD which is BULL ISH....... i think it was more of a 30,28 UD but hey thats why im not a judge

when i was looking at the stats after the fight i think it counted like 8 sweeps....... thats alot for just the 1st round i think in total Fight 1 there was like 13 sweeps

thats happened to me without lag, the fight is over drop it take the loss, no discredit bs. IMO a body tko is a discredited but to others its fine so there is no way a fight can be discredited for lag. Lag effects both fighters and the person that wins is the person who better adjusts to the lag.

thats close to being true..buut when the game freezes for a second theres just no connection between the 2 guys..and the lag would b there and then not b there..when im moving back and then move forward and it takes 2 seconds for me to move forward.his win means nothing 2 me..bc i punch when the windows open..and then when i actually move to punch ive been counter 4 times
