UOC 21 Marks New Era

New Era Starts with UOC 21

Title get you interested? Good. It's not as dramatic as the title, but a new feature is going to be implemented starting with the next UOC event.

Ever since the credit system started, people have brought up how it would be cool to have pay outs for fights. Well the staff has listened, mostly EzekelRAGE, and now you will start receiving credits for kicking ass. Pretty cool huh?

The fighter payouts will be as follows:

Undercard Fights: 600 to show and 600 to win
Main Card Fights: 1,300 to show and 700 to win
Title Fights: 2,500 to show and 2,500 to win
Bonuses such as FOTN, SOTN, and KOTN will get 3k each

Also, if you do not post results, you get absolutely no cred. Report your results. The loser can report his fight and get cred, but if the winner doesn't report, he gets nothing, nada, zilch.

Finally, payments should go out the Saturday after the event concludes. Remember, this is still in the trial stages so don't be pushy. Like everything else in the UOC, it'll get worked out. Also note that you will not receive a pm saying that you received payment, you'll just get it, similar to the betting system.

Anyway, this is a cool idea. I look forward to it.

I gave it a 4/5 because I think the amounts might be a little big. Not that I don't want tons of cred lol, it's just that 600 cred would normallyt require quite a few posts, and now it can be gotten through fighting once and losing.

But that's not really a problem. And I don't even know the real value of a cred. :p

side note. It would be sick if fights wouldn't fall through cuz both parties couldn't agree on a split. Say the champ has a name. His contender doesn't. So the champ want 70/30. Challenger thinks hea worth more than that. Hence fight gets delayed till contract is negotiated.
