Well, with the new copy CAF method you can just make one CAF then copy multiple times to have a CAF in every weightclass without having to go through career again.

I think you just go to the Load Career screen, move the menu to copy Fighter/CAF, then you go in and can edit everything for the copied CAF, including weightclass. Save him then repeat for another weightclass.

The main issue is that my internet is down at my house and when it is up, my xbox isn't constantly connected because I don't have a wireless adapter.
