Seems like all of the new guys are doing this so I will too. I posted on the recruiting thread but I think it got lost in there somewhere.
I'm looking for a more well-rounded camp. If there is a camp with emphasis in BJJ, that would definitely be preferred. I'm a WW that will be playing on the 360. My goal is to become a fighter in the mold of Demian Maia.
I tried to read around on camps but most just sounded the same. I figured I'd post here and see what you guys had to say to a new member. I hope to be a member of a team by tonight. Thanks for the look and I look forward to hearing what you guys have to say.

I will be doing the same thing with added striking due to my size. My camp can help out and we can spar, it might help if you face a bigger guy.

Our camp is focusing on Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu, so if you want help develop your BJJ skills go to a camp were every member is learning new submissions and practicing them. Otherwise you can go to Heavy Hands and pretty much be their Bjj trainer.

THe reason everyone somewhat sounds the same right now is because were not exactly sure what we can do yet to be honest with ya...so its seems most people have just been joining the biggest camp for some reason but im on team punishment and we just gained 3 guys today if your intrested

I'm really looking into Chute Boxe and Empty Hands currently. They seem to be a little more on the quiet side which I prefer. Not much of a trash talker.

Sounds good, but we do have a deal with team punishment were we'll cross train some fighters on occasion. Since they will be training wrestling, it'll be good for practice for your submission game.

I heard the best way to learn new skills was from the tutorial's. Heh' these camps getting a little carried away IMO. If this game is anything like every other game in history, You should be able to figure it out via tutorial's and the game manual.

These Camps are turning more into Clans, and about representing your team in your fights. It's always a plus to learn when to do a move and how you should set it up.

+1. I don't know how anybody intends to hold any sort of clan practice or something given that the game is 1 v 1...but I guess we'll see.
Also, nobody even knows yet how the create-a-fighter will be online. If it's anything like FNR3 I guarantee nobody will want to use them and this whole thing will have to switch to Pre-Made UFC fighters.
