I try to LOL almost had a heavyweight one too but Lere (current HW champ) beat me I had the 1st round won but he did very well in the 2nd and finished me with 30 seconds left in the round

Sorry I have been flaking on sparring this week guys, my work has been making me work some ridiculous hours. Tuesday I had to be in DC at 5 which meant i had to get up before 3 in the morning and traffic was insane and i didnt get home until almost 7pm. And I have to get up before 3 again tomorrow for another early job. Hopefully I dont get home insanely late again tomorrow. I will be on for a little bit tonight but i have to go to sleep early cuz of the early shift. The rest of the week i should be incredibly available for sparring in preparation for this weekend's fights

Hate to intrude on your team's thread, but I have a match with potter at UOC 7. Can u guys just tell him to accept the friend request i sent him (gamertag: rgwoods21) and can u also tell him that i can fight any time except friday, saturday, and sunday at night due to work and UFC 100.
